Last Bought DM item

Talk about the lastest DM item (CD, DVD, merchandise...) that you bought or received.

Well technically I didn't buy them, since they were a belated birthday item from my sister, but I practically pointed at them on a website as a suggestion for my sister to buy them for me, so they weren't really a surprise.

Black Celebration Remaster CD + DVD
Devotional DVD

The Black Celebration Remaster is still on sale in the Netherlands, but it's sold out in many other countries, which means that it has become a really expensive item. The reason for this was because at the time, people in the music industry thought that SACD's were the next big thing, and so Mute invested in a lot of this format. But after the release of the remasters, they realised that it wasn't, and so some of them, such as Black Celebration and Construction Time Again, were not not being produced anymore after their first release. This makes them quite rare in some countries where they have been sold out, such as the U.S. and Scandinavia. So, some people are now able to sell them for much higher on eBay to die-hard fans as a collectors item, in the U.S. even for 200 dollars! And to think that a little over 3 years ago, they were only a tenth of that...

I wish there was a record fair where I lived...
Once I went through every single vinyl record at a giant flee market, and I found nothing... such a waste of time.

I've never found any DM stuff from a flea market either. That record fare is the only place I've ever found any DM vinyls from. They hold it twice a year.

Two days ago I came across a CD and LP store in my town, much to my surprise! So today I checked it out and bought:

A Broken Frame LP
Construction Time Again LP
Some Great Reward LP

It was a bit of a let down that of all the horrible vinyl singles they had there (which were non-alphabetical, so I had to check them ALL), there were no DM singles there. Oh well..

I've got those aswell ;D

And yea, for some reason it's really hard to find any DM singles

I already had two CDs from 1990, one PIAS records pressing, one Dutch pressing.
totally useless, I know.

Yesterday I went through all my parents' old LP's in the attic, and I found one compilation LP from '85, called Top Hits of the Year, and it contains the Live in Hamburg version of Just Can't Get Enough. Apparently the live version of JCGE became a bit of a hit when the VHS of the Hamburg concert was released.
